Spark Your Voice: Women's Welding & Communication Retreat

Description
Spark Your Voice is a unique women’s retreat in the heart of the Finger Lakes, combining coaching, connection, and a hands-on welding experience. Led by metal artist Stacey Mrva of Ironwood Studios and communication coach Sharmilla Fassbender of Heart Space Collective Coaching, the retreat helps participants build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and step outside their comfort zone in a fun, supportive setting.
Guests will enjoy breakfast and a catered lunch in Ironwood Studios’ beautifully restored historic barn, along with a hands-on welding experience designed for beginners. Participants leave with a finished welded piece they’ll be proud of—and a renewed sense of confidence, connection, and possibility.

Ironwood Studios is tucked into the rolling hills of Springwater, NY, in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Housed in a beautifully restored 1847 barn, the studio combines rustic charm with a creative, welcoming atmosphere.
The retreat takes place throughout the barn, with a cozy gathering space for coaching, conversation, breakfast, and lunch, alongside Stacey’s working metal studio where guests will experience hands-on welding.
It’s a setting designed to feel relaxed and inspiring—a chance to step away from the everyday, get your hands dirty, meet other amazing women, and spend a day doing something completely different.
