SPCC (The Society for the Protection and Care of Children) is the country's oldest non-profit focused on meeting the needs of children and families facing a variety of hardships and trauma for 150 years. Today, SPCC operates 7 programs which together serve over 7,000 individuals a year, including the Finger Lakes WIC program serving families in Eastern Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Yates, and Seneca counties. This is SPCC's primary fundraiser each year and supports many of the expenses that are not covered by grants, allowing our programs to keep meeting the critical needs of kids.
