St. John Fisher Family Business Program: Become a Family Business Deemed "Great Place to Work"

Welcome to the Become a Family Business Deemed "Great Place to Work" event! Join us at Dixon Schwabl + Company for an exciting opportunity to learn how to make your family business a top workplace. Led by business leader Lauren Dixon, discover the secrets to creating a positive work environment where employees thrive. Participants will hear the Dixon-Schwabl Family Business story, meet the family employee members and have time for their families to debrief on learnings/take-aways with family members. This program is designed for family business stakeholders (owners and employees), Fisher students and faculty. Anyone else interested in attending, please reach out to Dr. Wittmeyer at cwittmeyer@sjf.edu.
Once participants register, information will be emailed to complete the Myers-Briggs assessment which Lauren Dixon is will use in her presentation. She is a long-time certified instructor and is generously covering the cost for all registrants.
