The 4th Annual Youth Job & Resource Fair
Saturday, May 10, 2025 (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM) (EDT)
Description
This FREE event is a great opportunity for young adults ages 15-24 to learn about job opportunities and career pathways with local employers, along with available community resources.
Youth ages 15-24 of all experience and education levels are encouraged to attend. Parents, guardians and mentors are also encouraged to join. No registration or sign-up required! All attendees are encouraged to bring along copies of a resume! The job fair will be located inside the gymnasium and free parking is available in Lot C.
This year, the Job & Resource fair will take place at the same time and location as another event: the Safe Summer Kickoff, organized in partnership between the City, County, Rochester City School District and more. It’s a day to launch a safe, fun, and meaningful summer for youth and families across our community. Alongside job and resource connections, the event will feature music from WDKX and food, entertainment & games, a community parade and remarks from City and County leadership.
The Job & Resource Fair is sponsored by NYS Assemblywoman Sarah Clark, NYS Assemblymember Demond Meeks, Monroe County Legislator Ricky Frazier, Monroe County Legislator William Burgess, the City of Rochester, Monroe County and RochesterWorks.
