Women's Leadership Summit (WLS)

Description

The WLS, hosted by the Leadership Academy at Saunders, is an RIT Women’s Leadership Summit. Our mission is to inspire, connect, and educate women and allies to become tomorrow’s future leaders. We focus on driving leadership excellence in all industries, from arts and sciences to technology.

This year’s theme is Inclusion and Empowerment. We chose this theme because an inclusive culture can unlock potential, drive creativity, and enhance performance in the workplace and beyond. Altogether, this theme encourages an environment where everyone feels valued and equipped to lead, fostering a culture of belonging for women and allies.
