We are thrilled to have found our dream space in the beautiful South Wedge! It has long been our dream to bring our version of modern comfort food with a Texas influence to Rochester. CRISP is a warm, inviting restaurant and bar featuring a seasonal menu of creatively crafted comfort food and a full bar with a selection of craft cocktails, featuring local, regional, and national wine, beer, and spirits. Our team members are meticulous in every task, sophisticated in execution, and approach everything with world-class service and charm, while maintaining a warm and casual ambiance. Each plate on our menu is curated to transport our guests to a time and place that gives them comfort and pleasure.
