Individual and Family Services
Reentry into the community after incarceration can be a challenging and complex process
for individuals. Many men and women who have been incarcerated face significant barriers to successful
integration, such as a lack of self-worth, limited skills, and a sense of disconnection from the community.
Addressing these challenges is crucial for fostering a positive transition and reducing recidivism rates.
Our program is designed to address these issues by providing a comprehensive curriculum that combines
socio-emotional learning, skill development, and personal exploration to empower individuals during
their reentry journey.
