At NavigateNY we provide assistance with pre-bid documentation, ongoing project administration and closeout. This would include but not be limited to:

• MWBE and SDVOB solicitation and utilization. 
• Assistance with bid preparation, if required. 
• Budget preparation.
• Drawing review for compliance and buildability.
• Schedule development and assistance utilizing either P6, Microsoft Project or Procore. 
• Assistance with the submittal process, to include Submittal Exchange, development and maintenance of the customer/owner driven log. 
• Assistance with closeout documentation, to include development of O&M manuals, as-built drawings utilizing BlueBeam (PDF), punch list development, maintenance and tracking.
