Perinton Ambulance provides advanced life support emergency medical and comprehensive community health services to the Town of Perinton, Village of Fairport, and surrounding hamlets. Serving more than 52,000 residents, our team operates around the clock with a highly trained staff and a modern fleet, maintaining an average response time of under 9 minutes.

Founded in 1965 by the Fairport Lions Club, Perinton Ambulance has grown from a fully-volunteer service to a career-based operation. We respond to over 6,500 calls annually and offer a wide range of programs beyond emergency response, including CPR training, health and wellness seminars, medical equipment loans, and child safety seat inspections.

Our mission is simple: deliver high-quality, compassionate care and support the health and safety of every resident, commuter, and visitor in our service area.
