Marcy Tiberio is known for being a skilled leader, expert notary, and mentor. Her background as an Assistant Vice President of a national title company and as the Closing Department Manager for a multi-state mortgage banker offered her a unique understanding of the importance of having a quality signing company when she launched Professional Notary Services, Inc. (PNS) in 2013. PNS began as a one-woman mobile notary business and has grown to a network of 1100 subcontracted, vetted notaries that sign documents in all fifty states.  

With a commitment to professional standards and integrity, Marcy regularly educates and mentors notaries. She is on a mission to elevate the industry and provide the best customer experience.to all. In 2022, she launched the New York Notary Alliance and Notary Life to better serve the needs of Notaries.  

She is a speaker at the National Notary Association and other industry events and conferences. She contributes content to several national notary organizations and was named a 2015 National Notary Association Notary of the Year Honoree. Most recently she was named the 2023 RBJ’s Women of Excellence Honoree.
