Wildflour is a casual counter-service spot that specializes in homemade focaccia bread, sicilian style pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and soft serve ice cream, our wholegrain sourdough bread uses Farmer Ground (Ithaca) spelt flour, and Buratto flour (Italy) and moves with the seasons of western new york (Squash Blossom Farm - Bloomfield, FLX Farm Fresh/Bedient Farms - Penn Yan, Growing Family Farms - Spencerport). The mission is simple, the kitchen is open and the freezers are absent.
