2027 Women Empowering Women Conference

Greater Rochester Chamber invites you and your team to the 9th Annual Women Empowering Women Conference on Thursday, March 18, 2027, at the Hyatt Regency Rochester, as part of our Women’s Council initiative.

Held during Women’s History Month, this annual conference brings together nearly 500 professional women from across the Greater Rochester region for a powerful day of learning, connection, reflection, and professional and personal growth.

Designed for women at all stages of their careers, this conference offers a shared experience for emerging professionals, established leaders, entrepreneurs, team members, and organizations looking to invest in the growth and well-being of their people.

The day will conclude with a cocktail hour from 3:30 to 4:30 PM, offering attendees additional time to connect, unwind, and continue the conversations sparked throughout the day.

We invite you to take time for yourself and your team to step away from the day-to-day, reflect, recharge, and grow together in an inspiring professional setting. The day includes a dedicated lunch break, opportunities for meaningful connection, and a vendor showcase featuring local businesses and organizations.

• 9:30 – 11:30 AM - Formal Program Begins
• 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM - Buffet Lunch
• 12:30 – 1:30 PM - Program Continues
• 1:30 – 1:40 PM - Break
• 1:40 – 3:30 PM - Final Sessions
• 3:30 – 4:30 PM - Cocktail Hour with Light Appetizers
