The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) can be challenging for employers to manage as there is a lot to know to ensure compliance. Join us as Lindsay Murphy, Disability Resource Coordinator for RochesterWorks and Dr. Elizabeth Butcher, Staff Development & ADA Manager for Monroe County Department of Diversity Equity & Inclusion facilitate an interactive session to provide practical guidance on disability-related inquiries, the interactive process, reasonable accommodations, and collaborating with job coaches and employment service providers to support employee success. Participants will leave with practical strategies for fostering an inclusive workplace while meeting their responsibilities under the ADA.
