Greater Rochester Chamber invites you to an empowering event at Pane Vino on the Ave on Thursday, October 15 from 3:30 to 5:30 PM as part of our Women’s Council initiative.
This year’s program brings together women leading at different levels and across diverse sectors — from middle management to small business ownership, and leaders working within government and the nonprofit space. Together, they’ll share what leadership looks like in real time: the pressures, pivots, and practical strategies that shape their work every day.
Our theme, “When Women Lead,” explores how women influence culture, drive results, and build strong teams — whether they’re managing up within an organization, running a growing business, leading mission-driven initiatives, or navigating community and stakeholder relationships. Expect an honest and dynamic conversation about overcoming challenges, building credibility, advocating for yourself and your team, and staying resilient in complex environments.
Our panel represents women leading across sectors: corporate, small business, government, and nonprofit. Different roles. Different pressures. Different stakeholders.
Confirmed panelists to date:
Moderated by Ginny Ryan, SVP and Director of Community Engagement at Canandaigua National Bank
