At NavigateNY we provide assistance with pre-bid documentation, ongoing project administration and closeout. This would include but not be limited to:
- MWBE and SDVOB solicitation and utilization.
- Assistance with bid preparation, if required.
- Budget preparation.
- Drawing review for compliance and buildability.
- Schedule development and assistance utilizing either P6, Microsoft Project or Procore.
- Assistance with the submittal process, to include Submittal Exchange, development and maintenance of the customer/owner driven log.
- Assistance with closeout documentation, to include development of O&M manuals, as-built drawings utilizing BlueBeam (PDF), punch list development, maintenance and tracking.
